Refund Policy

Upon acceptance of subscription cancellation request/Development Plan Cancel Request, you may request for a refund within 7 days of purchase of your subscription and in case of the development before the work has begun. Customer will need to describe in detail the reason of the requested refund which will be verified by our team. Upon obtaining a valid reason, refunds are processed within 7- 10 business days, then it takes another 3-5 days to be credited to your account depending upon your financial agency.

SERVICE AND SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION

You may cancel your Subscriptions and/or Services by contacting our Customer Service team, only if you haven’t availed a trial or promotional offer or special discount for a Subscription and/or Service. If customer faces any issue, which is not resolved or the any upfront paid for the development work which is not delivered as agreed he has to write us on support@sahibwebsolutions.com before the expiry date mentioned in his plan or the deadline promised. Our prime objective is a happy and satisfied customer. We try to resolve any issue with the service case by case and we take a stand to resolve any issue with our Services and the Development work till the customer get satisfied. We’ll work to ensure that you are taken care of, but from time to time, we might be unable to accommodate a refund based upon our refund policies provided below:

  • If the development work has been delivered.
  • If you have used support services for one or more instances.
  • If you are requesting for a refund from an email address which isn't registered with us.
  • If you are requesting for a refund to a card which wasn't used to process payment while placing an order with us.
  • Based On Plans – Customers will not be refunded any amount once their problem is resolved or the Web Page Is Delivered. If customer has any issue which is not resolved or the Web page is not as same as the reference, he will need to write us on support@sahibwebsolutions.com before the expiry date mentioned in his plan or within 3 Days from the delivery date of Web Services. If we do not receive any feedback email from the customer within one week, the issue will automatically be considered as resolved and no refund can be provided.
  • If Sahib Web Solutions Pvt. Ltd. has provided the web work or resolved the Computer Issue or the hosting Support and customer confirms it in his/her feedback email, then charges for the Development work done and Computer Support License (per device basis) will not be refundable in any case.
  • If Sahib Web Solutions Pvt. Ltd. has been able to resolve one or more issues within 15 Days of subscription of Support Plan or the Web Pages Have been delivered and customer still wants to cancel the subscription or does not want the more Web Pages/Website Developed then $50 per incident of Issue resolved or the support and the price of that particular web Pages delivered will be deducted from the total cost in addition to Setup fee, hosting Charges and software license cost.
  • Not with standing this Sahib Web Solutions Pvt. Ltd. may, at its sole discretion and on a case-to-case basis, agree to a refund of Support Plan charges after deducting Setup Fee and cost of paid Anti-virus, Hosting, Support and any other paid software which has been provided free of cost with any subscription plan/Service.
  • Addon Products – With the purchase of a software/Antivirus/product/hosting Services, customer agrees that he will not be provided any refund once the software/Antivirus has been installed in his computer/Laptop or any paid plugin, theme or hosting is used in the development work is through an email to support@sahibwebsolutions.com. For instance, if a licensed version of an anti-virus was installed on your machine (desktop/laptop) or the plugin in your website and you are requesting for a refund for charges which you paid for the anti-virus/plugin.
  • Change of Mind – There is no refund for the change of mind for any Computer Support Plans, Hosting Support or the Development work in progress or Delivered.
  • All refund request should come in writing to support@sahibwebsolutions.com
  • Once customer purchases any of the plan listed or the development service, he/she is bound with our refund policy.
  • Hosting Support: In case of the hosting Issue had been fixed by the team or support had been provided or the hosting service is purchased from third party.

CUSTOMER WILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND WHEN ANY OF THE FOLLOWING CRITERIONS ARE MET FOR ALL PLANS/SERVICES:

  • The Development work was not delivered as agreed.
  • The Hosting Related Issues are not resolved.
  • The problem is unresolvable within the specific plan or beyond our ability to resolve remotely or it might be due to an irreparable software and/or hardware issue.
  • Customers have all the pre-requisites in case of computer, development and hosting support which were required to resolve the issue and problem was not resolved till the time account was active.
  • Before 48 hrs after the resolution of the issue and a confirmation from the customer after the issue was last worked upon by Sahib Web Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
  • The refund will be processed only after getting a written request by the customer on the email id support@sahibwebsolutions.com along with the reason for refund *In no case, the amount of refund/claim shall exceed the amount subscribed or paid by the customer to Sahib Web Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

BELOW MENTIONED CHARGES WILL BE APPLICABLE FOR PROCESSING ALL REFUNDS

  • If the Plan are cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase no cancellation charges would be applicable. However, if the development work as begun, Hosting is Purchased or the computer support has been provided, a standard fee based on the service and work done, would be deducted.
  • All Sahib Web Solutions Pvt. Ltd. services come with a money-back guarantee. For Per Incident (Single Fix Plan), in case our experts cannot resolve your computer problem or unable to deliver the Web page or hosting support contact us within 7 days of service delivery so we can try to resolve your problem again at no cost to you or if unsuccessful to deliver what promised, provide you with a full refund for the purchase price.
  • Development plan, Hosting Charges and Computer support plan that are one-time service in nature are non-refundable because these are provided at a very nominal price for a one-time service. However, if the problem reoccurs within 30 days, or there is any error in the Development work done then we will resolve/Fix it free of charge
  • For our recurring subscription plan for computer, Hosting and website supports there is no refund for the one time set up fee but you, however if you wish to cancel the subscription (monthly recurring payment), you may request so by sending an email support@sahibwebsolutions.com from your registered email address in our records.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

With the specific purchase of the services, customers agree that they will:

  • Co-operate with us and we will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide the support to customers and the desired Website Development Service. Based upon our experience, most of the work can be done with a close cooperation between customers and Sahib Web Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Please, share all the necessary detail about the Web pages for the development work and listen carefully to the instructions provided by our experts and follow them in case of the support. Customers must confirm that the following conditions are true:
    • Customer has full accessibility to the system/website i.e., software, hardware, peripheral devices, Hosting without any limit during any telephone discussions with us.
    • Customers must have basic knowledge of the hardware system, development work, hosting Services any software/plugins involved, and in the facts and circumstances surrounding the incident.
  • Software/Data Backup: Customers must understand and agree that we shall under no circumstance be responsible for any lost or corrupted software or data in the website where Web page is hosted or the device whose support has been provided. We strongly recommend that customers at all times maintain a complete data backup and disaster recovery plan of their website and device.
  • Once Sold: Once the work has been completed and in case of the support Issue is resolved no refund will be issued.
  • Account, Password, and Security: For customers to make a purchase, they must complete the Registration Process by providing us accurate and complete information as required to create an account with us. They will also require to choose a verbal password to communicate with us. Customers are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password.

It is customer’s responsibility to use a genuine and a valid Software/ Hardware and plugin and themes with license on their devices and websites and also proper working phone line with sufficient power back up. Furthermore, customers are solely and entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur on their Devices/Website when we are not connected. Customers agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of their account or any other breach of security. Sahib Web Solutions Pvt. Ltd. will not be liable for any loss that may incur as a result of someone else using their computer’s password or Website account, either with or without their knowledge.

However, customers could be held liable for losses incurred by Sahib Web Solutions Pvt. Ltd. or its affiliates or another party associated with us.

TERMINATION

In case, If we found user going against our policies or breach of the agreement. under that circumstances if their account is terminated, he/she will not be eligible for the refund.

  • You are free to stop using the services/software at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to some or all of the services with notice to you if:
    • You are in breach of this Agreement,
    • You are using the Services in a manner that would cause a real risk of harm or loss to us or other users, or
    • You are delinquent in meeting your payment obligations.
  • If we do terminate your access, we will provide you with reasonable advance notice via the email address associated with your account to remedy the activity that prompted us to contact you and give you the opportunity to export your data. If after such notice you fail to take the steps, we ask of you, we will terminate or suspend your access to the software/services/encryptions.
  • In certain instances, however, we will terminate your account immediately without first providing you notice. This typically occurs if:
    • You are in material breach of this Agreement,
    • Providing you notice of termination would cause us legal liability or hinder our ability to service our other customers, or
    • We are prohibited from doing so by applicable law.

NO WARRANTIES

  • We strive to provide great services, but there are certain things that we can't guarantee. Therefore, to the fullest extent permitted by law, realdefense and its affiliates, suppliers, and distributors make no warranties, either express or implied, about the products. The products are provided "As is."
  • We also disclaim any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

DATA BACKUP

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to maintain and back up all the information, data, text or other materials and software stored on their computer and storage media and the website hosting service before ordering the services. Customers acknowledge and agree that Sahib Web Solutions Pvt. Ltd. or its referral partners have no responsibility or liability under any circumstances, at any time for any loss or corruption of their data, software or hardware that may arise out of the services.
